BILLING & SHIPPING

Detailed terms of service related to payment, warranty, shipping, and so forth are here. You are responsible for reading the terms and agreeing to them before ordering.

SUMMARY

Your credit card will be charged 60% when we receive your order, except as noted below.   The balance is charged about a week before we expect to ship.

The following items are charged in full when we receive your order:

• Upholstered items are charged when we receive your order,
• Any items which ship within 2-4 weeks, such as reproduction art, rugs, fabric, and in-stock items,
• Any order that totals $100 or less.

Shipping
Smaller items ship standard ground.   Large items ship Freight Collect.  That means you will pay the shipping cost when the item is delivered.   Seems silly to explain that, but one woman said she didn't know what the words meant. 

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks (allow time for checks to clear)

Note: If your credit card is denied when we are ready to ship, we will call you to make other arrangements. Orders must be paid in full within 21 days of our notifying you it is ready to ship.  Otherwise, your order is considered cancelled and no refund will be made. 

We cannot store furniture once it's ready to ship.  If you require storage before delivery, you may arrange with a moving company to pickup, pack and store your order.  However, furniture must be paid in full before we can release it to a third party.

There is a $25 charge for returned checks.

Usage
Our website is for the convenience of our customers.  We use "cookies" to keep track of your order as you place things in your cart and checkout. You may use this website to browse our products and designs and place orders or ask questions.  

Errors
Once in a blue moon our webmaster makes a mistake.  If we find, in reviewing your order, that a price or other information is incorrect, we will notify you of the correct product information and/or price at which time you may cancel your order or confirm it as corrected.   In the meantime, if you know someone who never makes a mistake, please let us know.

Order Security
We do not process your credit card automatically when you checkout and take every possible precaution to ensure that your credit card information is treated according to Visa, Mastercard and American Express guidelines relative to security of online and offline transactions.

All images and designs on our website are copyrighted by us and you agree not to use them on other websites or for any other purpose without our express permission.  You may request permission by using our contact form. Any use not expressly granted by us constitutes copyright infringement and we will take the necessary steps to stop such usage, including pursuing legal remedies when necessary.
