    The home page has a link to the links page.
    The home page has a Google page rank of 3 or higher.
    The page where our link will appear has a page rank of 2 or higher
    There are no pop-up or pop-under ads on entering or leaving the site.
    The site does not participate in automated linking programs.
    The links page has the same domain name as the home page.
    Our listing will be no more than 1 click from the home page (just as yours will be on our site).
